how do I make my home page navigation function like this demo: https://rifetheme.com/starter-4/

Specifically, on starter-4 there is no menu shown above the slider. It appears when you scroll and then the sticky menu is displayed. On the sample page the menu appears above the slider and I can't find any documentation that explains what settings are needed so that it appears the same as the starter-4.

Also my slider does not expand to fill the space. See the black space above it? What's wrong with it? Is this also a setting I need to change? I expected the demo content to work like the demo.

I did read the documentation, but I can't find any info for these settings. Attached are some screen shots. The company for which we build a site has a logo that changes depending on whether the language is French or English.

Currently in Appearance → Customize section, the settings are for all languages.

Is there a way to translate the different versions of the header logo?

My website is a one pager, I use WPML and there is a menu in my 2 languages.

WPML is configurated to add language chooser at the end of my principal menu. In my WPML configurations:

If I choose List of languages, I see the two languages in the website.

If I choose Drop down menu, I only see actual language in the website, I’m not able to see the other language in drop down but I want to use drop down menu to save space.

How can I activate the drop-down menu to see the second language in a one-pager version?

I have an adaptive problem with the last menu item before the hamburger menu appears. I thought it was related to the language selector but in the local version of my site the language selector had not been added yet and I have the same problem.

How can I make the hamburger menu come on a little faster and avoid having my menu on 2 lines?

I was looking on the Dashboard and it would appear that I need to subscribe to MailChimp in order to get the Newsletter to work. I am using the STARTER THEME. Is this the case and if not where do I set up the details of where the notification would be sent to ie. email for sign up to Newsletter?

The second question is in the Mobile view the input field sits on top of the 'SIGN UP' button. I had attempted to create space between the two elements by adding a margin-top: 20px in the Custom CSS using

@media (min-width: 320px) and (max-width: 480px)

It had no effect when I published. I have subsequently removed the style. Can you tell me what I can do to affect this change
