Potfolio Page Title Problem

Hi, I am having an issue with the Portfolio page title showing the name of the last item I uploaded instead of just the category title. This is happening when I click on a category filter. I am not using the AJAX version as the client wants to have direct links to each category in the portfolio.

The site is www.freshindependence.com/gallery/

How do I correct this?

    this looks like a but. We need to fix it.
