It's possible to have next to the Thumbs Icon the word "thumbs", or it's possible to change the icon for the word "thumbs"?

    Try this custom CSS 
    #tray-button:before {
        content: "Thumbs";
        margin-left: 21px;
    }

    Many thanks, it works, but it's possible to remove the icon, to stay just the word thumbs there?
