Navigation does not always loads

Hi,
we have a purchased your theme for our non-profit organization but seems navigation sometimes displays some times not. It is super frustrating, couldn't figure out. Can you help me please?

    As you can see from the attached screenshots it is worst in firefox... and on the home page content hides under the bar and makes and you cannot scroll up. If you refresh the page sometimes you can see the full natigation

    Hello

    Please check next time in which category you are making topic:-)

    This issue is for sure caused by JavaScript error. You will have to experiment with switching off plugins like explained here.
