Error with progress bar in My Skills tba

I’m having trouble getting the progress bar to properly fill in the bubbles in the resume section part of the home page. When I use the Genuine VC style the values work but the formatting sucks. I’d like to be able to use the Unique Theme Style and have the values show up like properly set in the settings. Any thoughts for fixes?

Edit the homepage and check the 'Use tile color as row's leading color?' rows parameter.
